IBM Premier Business PartnerIBM awards Premier status to Business Partners that have demonstrated superior skills and market success. The partner must have actively collaborated with IBM to deliver significant client value through innovative solutions – which is exactly what RKO has been successfully doing.


RKO was able to meet the premier status qualifications through certifications and verified solutions, by driving IBM revenue, with positive client references and by ensuring customer satisfaction. Details regarding these qualifications are outlined below.

It provides additional confidence in our skill set, our ability to successfully deliver ECM solutions as outlined in a project proposal and ensure clients needs are met or exceeded. Qualifications for IBM Premier Business Partner Status



IBM weighs both the depth of technical knowledge, the level of certification achieved and the number of people in the organization with these qualifications when awarding partner levels. IBM continually updates the technical list of capabilities accepted – dropping old skills and adding new skills to the criteria set.


RKO’s team is continually learning new software and upgrading their skills based on IBM’s latest releases, acquisitions and new products. We love to learn and it shows!

Customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction surveys are performed by IBM approved third party vendors. The survey is active for one year and must be current to attribute towards Premium level membership.
